If the RF payment was made more than one business day ago, it can no longer be cancelled, as the funds have already been forwarded to the recipient/beneficiary organization. You will need to contact the recipient directly to request a refund.
An RF payment can be cancelled on the business day it was made or on the following business day, until 10:30 or 14:00, depending on the time the payment was made.
Important: If the RF transaction was processed via Instant Transfer, it cannot be cancelled.
