You can easily obtain copies of your transactions, either individually or as a consolidated statement for a specific period.
Download a Single Transaction
To save a specific transaction as a PDF, the transaction must first be cleared/processed. Then:
- Go to “Wallet” from the home screen.
- Select the transaction you’re interested in.
- Tap “Download”.
- The file will be saved to your device in .pdf format.
Download a Quarterly Statement
To get a full overview of your transactions:
- Go to “Wallet” from the home screen.
- Tap the three dots (⋯) at the top right of the screen.
- Select “Quarterly History”.
- Download the statement you need.
To download your card transactions for a specific period of time:
- Go to Cards → Transactions.
- Then tap the download icon in the top right corner and select the desired time period.
- After that, you can download the statement of your card transactions for that period.
Please note: All files are available in PDF format, so you can save or share them at any time.
