My card is nearing its expiry date or has already expired. What should I do?

If you have a physical card, you will receive a notification shortly before it expires. This notification will inform you of the time remaining until the expiry date.

To renew your card:

1. Go to the “Cards” section in the app
2. Select “Renew Card”
3. Follow the steps and fill in the necessary details to complete the order

If the card is not renewed within the specified timeframe, it will be cancelled.
