How can I withdraw money from an ATM with my Magenta Pay card?

You can withdraw cash using your virtual card, exclusively from ATMs that support contactless transactions.
To make the withdrawal, you must first add your virtual card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet and then use your mobile phone or compatible device at the ATM.
 

For your information, it is not possible to deposit money via the ATM. To add funds to your Magenta Pay wallet, you will need to top it up through the app! Similarly, although you cannot see your account balance at the ATM, you can immediately and securely view it on the home screen of the Magenta Pay app.
