How can I sync my contacts in Magenta Pay?

If you did not sync your contacts during registration, you can do so at any time within the Magenta Pay app.

Syncing your contacts makes it easier to find friends and other app users in features such as Chat & Pay.

Syncing contacts via Chat & Pay

1. Go to any part of the app where the user search option is available (for example, in Chat & Pay).
2. Select Sync contacts.
3. You will be redirected to your device’s Settings.
4. Grant the app permission to access your phone contacts.

Syncing contacts via Profile

You can also sync your contacts from your profile:

1. Go to Profile.
2. Select “Phone contacts in Magenta Pay”.
3. Grant the required permission to access your contacts if prompted.

After completing the process, your contacts will be synced and you will be able to more easily find Magenta Pay users who are in your contacts.
