The Société Anonyme under the corporate name ‘TELEKOM PAYMENTS – E-MONEY SERVICES SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME’ (hereinafter ‘Telekom Payments’ or the ‘Organiser’), seated in Marousi, Attica (99, Kifissias Avenue), is organising a contest (hereinafter the ‘Contest’) titled ‘Magenta Pay Contest | Magenta Pay Coupons’, the purpose of which is to distribute, by means of a draw, coupons (hereinafter ‘Coupon(s)’) worth five thousand (5,000) points (hereinafter ‘Coins’) to its customers – users of the Magenta Pay application (hereinafter the ‘App’).
The purpose of these terms (hereinafter the ‘Terms’) is to define the terms of participation in the Contest and the draw procedure, including the identification of the persons selected to receive the Coupons (hereinafter the ‘Winner(s)’), as well as the persons entitled to receive the corresponding Coupon in the event that any of the Winners does not meet the conditions for receiving it, in accordance with these Terms (hereinafter the ‘Runner-up(s)’).
1. The right to participate in the Contest is granted to all permanent residents of Greece who hold a Greek Tax Identification Number (TIN), are legally competent, are at least 18 years of age, and hold a payment account with Telekom Payments in their name. Employees of Telekom Payments are excluded from participation in the Contest. Should any of the above persons be selected as Winner(s), they shall be excluded from the final list of Winners and replaced by the corresponding Runner-up(s).
2. For the purposes of this Contest, the term Participant (hereinafter ‘Participant(s)’) refers to any user of the App who successfully completes the participation process as set out below.
In order for an App user to be validly considered a Participant in the Contest, the following must cumulatively apply:
(a) log into the App and be authenticated as a user thereof,
(b) carry out at least one transaction, either with their digital and/or physical Magenta Pay Visa card or through the “Magenta Pay” service, which is available on the TELEKOM App and the WHAT’S UP App,
(c) accept these Terms via the relevant field, which shall remain available throughout the Duration of the Contest in the ‘Win with Magenta Pay’ section, and
(d) after accepting the Terms, select the ‘Enter’ field.
It is clarified that, following acceptance of the Contest Terms and participation therein, each transaction carried out in any manner by the above-mentioned persons and cleared in accordance with Term 3 shall correspond to one (1) entry in the Contest, such that, by increasing their transactions as described above, a Participant increases the number of their entries in the Contest and their chances of being selected as a Winner/Runner-up. Excluded are transactions for which no Coins are collected, as set out in Section 5II “Loyalty Programme (Loyalty) Coins”, as well as transactions carried out using an RF payment code or a QR code.
3. The duration of the Contest, within which Participants may take part and accept the Terms, is from 21/10/2026, 00:00:00 through 04/11/2026, 23:59:59 (hereinafter the ‘Duration’). Transactions carried out either with the digital and/or physical Magenta Pay Visa card or through the “Magenta Pay” service within the Duration shall be considered entries in the Contest, provided that their clearing has been completed by 06/11/2026, 11:00:00 a.m.
4. The Winners and Runners-up shall be selected by means of a draw to be held on Friday, 6 November 2026, at 11:00:00 a.m., at the Organiser’s offices (99, Kifissias Avenue).
5. The draw shall be conducted using electronic means that ensure the random and impartial selection of the Winners and Runners-up and preclude any human intervention in the selection process. It is clarified that each Participant may be selected as a Winner or Runner-up only once (1) during the Contest.
6. The draw shall produce five (5) Winners and ten (10) Runners-up. Specifically, each of the five (5) Winners shall receive one (1) Coupon worth five thousand (5,000) Coins, which, following redemption of the Coupon, may be used in the ways provided for in the subsection “Redemption of Points” of Section 5II “Loyalty Programme (Loyalty) Coins”.
7. The Coupon code may be redeemed from 06/11/2026, 11:00:00 through 30/07/2027, 23:59:59. After this date, the Coupon shall be deactivated and redemption or replacement shall not be possible. The deadlines specified in this paragraph are final. The Organiser shall bear no liability for failure to meet these deadlines. Each Coupon may be redeemed only once, within the App, in the “Win with Magenta Pay” → “Coupons” section, and within the period specified in Term 7. Specifically, to redeem the Coupon, the Winner, having received a unique Coupon code, must enter it in the above-mentioned section of the App in order to receive immediately five thousand (5,000) Coins, which may subsequently be used in accordance with the terms of the “Coins” Loyalty Programme, as described in the Terms and Conditions of Use of the “Magenta Pay” App. The Coupon is intended strictly for personal use by the Winner (or, where applicable, the Runner-up), and its transfer, assignment or distribution to third parties is expressly prohibited. In the event of loss, theft or use by a third party, Telekom Payments shall bear no liability and shall not be obliged to replace or cancel the Coupon or reimburse its value in any way.
8. The Winners (and, where necessary, the Runner(s)-up) of the Contest shall be notified and shall receive their Coupon via SMS and/or newsletter from the Organiser within one (1) business day of the draw and the announcement of the Contest results. Should one or more Winners be found not to meet the requirements of these Terms and/or applicable legislation, and therefore have to be disqualified from the Contest, their Coupon(s) shall be awarded to the corresponding Runner(s)-up in the order in which they were selected. By participating in the Contest, Participants agree that Telekom Payments may use their contact details, namely their telephone number and email address, in order to contact them in the event of their selection as Winners/Runner(s)-up, as set out above.

19. These Terms are governed by Greek law and any dispute as to their interpretation and/or application shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Athens, with express prorogation of any other local jurisdiction.
